Customer Service
We want you to be happy! If you're not completely thrilled with something you
buy on www.kitesite.net, Let us know, we
are happy to work with you to make it right!
- Most Non-Sale Store products may be returned within 30 days of your
product's shipping date less our cost of shipping. All returned items must be
accompanied by original retail tags and a receipt in order to be considered for
a refund. Unless we made the error a 10% restocking fee may apply.
- Most Non-Sale Store products may be exchanged within 30 days of your
product's shipping date. All exchanged items must be accompanied by original
retail tags and a receipt.
- Sale or Clearance products may be returned only when defective and within 15
days of your product's shipping date.
- Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the original
tags, receipt, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
- After 30 days (15 days for sale products), please contact us and we will
assist you with the warrantee process through the manufacturer.We don’t
make you Contact them!
- If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive
and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we
suggest you request a credit rather than a replacement. Then place a new order.
The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and your
credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you
are returning.
- If you refuse shipment for any item, you will receive a credit less our cost
of shipping for the item.
- Returns may be sent by US Regular Mail or UPS surface shipping, which ever
is more convenient for you. Returns/Exchanges must be sent FREIGHT PREPAID!
Sorry, we do not accept COD's, we do not send call tags and we do not accept 3rd
party or recipient billing. We will refuse all packages sent under these
conditions. If it is our error that is the cause for your return, we will
reimburse your shipping costs. (This is actual freight and will not include any
packaging, preparing, or mailroom costs.) We will not reimburse for Overnight,
2nd Day or Air Shipping.
- Please allow approximately 10 business days for your return to be processed
once it has arrived. Please allow 2 billing cycles for refunds to appear on your
credit card statement. If you paid by Money order, Cashiers Check or Personal
Check, please allow sufficient time for your return to reach us, and for return
mail time to receive your refund check. If your exchange is not the result of an
error on our part, our normal shipping rates apply.
- If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment, contact the Shipping Agency
(Le. UPS, Airborne Express, etc.) immediately to file a claim. To file a claim,
a representative of the agency must inspect the package in its original
condition. If any further assistance is needed, please contact
us.
Damaged Products
- If you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, your claim needs
to be handled through the shipping company.
